We have more than 25 years of experience spray patching streets and roads for cities, counties, and D.O.T.

Your road will be usable during the repair process (exceptions are rare)

Our spray patching can be done year-round, and Repairs will not be become brittle and “chunk” out which is why we offer our One-year warranty!!

Our Spray Patching Process

  • A jet of high velocity air is used to clean the patch area thoroughly.

  • Then our Water-based emulsion is fully atomized creating a high-pressure spray path for the tack coat.

  • Aggregate is fully coated with the emulsion and is “sprayed” at 70 miles per hour. Compacting the patch from the bottom up for a stable repair
