Our Process

  • A jet of high velocity air is used to clean the patch area thoroughly

  • Water-based emulsion is fully atomized creating a high-pressure spray path for the tack coat

  • Aggregate, fully coated with emulsion , is “sprayed” at 70 miles per hour. Compacting the patch from the bottom up for a stable repair
